- Checklist item #1: Make sure you don't have a disk called "Libs" in any drive
- (volume names override assigns).

- #2: Verify that LIBS: is assigned to the right place. Use Assign without
- arguments. Perhaps some "Assign ADD" inadvertantly had its "ADD" argument
- removed in your user-startup or startup-sequence.
